In writing The Differentiated Instruction Book of Lists, we wanted to include everything we know. It turns out that for the flow of the printed book and page limitations, we had to cut out some of lists and chapters. As a result, we decided to include this information on the website to help add value to the printed book, and provide additional information for those interested.
